EVENT MANAGER ROLES
We’re looking forward to getting back to events this year, and as we grow we’re looking for experienced event managers to join us. Based in Perthshire, we’re all about the work-life balance. Live in Dunkeld and spend your spare time rafting on the Tay and bagging munros, or live in Perth and enjoy the pared back city vibe with theatres, cafes and park runs.
About Us
Since 2012 we’ve been delivering events large and small,
covering the width of Scotland and beyond from our base just north of Perth. You may have seen us at the
fringe in Edinburgh, Belladrum festival near Inverness or the Game Fair at Scone; or have met us at a
Guardswell Farm wedding where we are often found at the bar. Serving drinks, that is!
About You
Our dream candidates will already have some experience of
the events or hospitality industries. You may have run bars, or helped deliver dozens of meals in a
marquee, or you may have love to construct event fencing and drive a tractor. Whatever your connection
to our industry we’d like to hear from you. Our only essential requirements are that you have a driver’s
licence (and hopefully a car) and are happy to be based in Perthshire.
About the Roles
We’re still writing the detailed job descriptions, so
you’ll have a chance to shape that process. You’ll definitely be running events and supervising a small
team. We have lots of weddings this season and our infrastructure events diary is looking busy, too.
You’ll be speaking to customers and clients, by phone and email, to help them plan their events, and you
may well be talking to suppliers and contractors and understanding what they need, too. And you’ll be
part of a lively, fun team, focussed on delivering great events, meeting new people, going to new places
and having fun along the way! One of the roles, also involves being the venue manager at a new byre
venue which we’re excited to be working at, just outside Perth.
You’ll be paid a salary starting from £25k and be eligible for staff discounts, at our pub, The Taybank in Dunkeld.
For more info, please email penny@loveventsuk.com with a CV and a short note telling us why you’d LOV to work with us.

We cover a multitude of events, from small dinners and weddings to major infrastructure events and everything in between. We take pride in working with local suppliers and creating food offerings that are fun, delicious and innovative.

supervising a small team in one of our Food Trucks in a field at a Festival!
